My client was a food retail organisation with branches across Asia, Australia and Africa, supporting several cross boarder franchises. In this project which I was involved in, the client was migrating FROM ITS ON-PREM ERP solution to a cloud based Dynamics 365 ERP Solution. My client had a delivery partner who would effectively carry out the D365 configuration and migration however, the business had a developing set of requirements over the years which needed to be captured, refined, validated and implemented as part of the migration.
In-depth understanding of the use case of ERP solutions as well as, retail and manufacturing workflows.
Supported in the documentation of the AS MRP and BOM processes, capturing several triggers, formats and means of requests and management, simplifying the processes associated with raising and managing direct GRNs, credit/debit notes, invoicing and basic template configuration.
Transfer of stakeholder requirements from the Master Requirement Doc to the AzureDevops backlog, participating in sprint events and tested configuration, sometimes executing show and tell sessions.
Overall Business Analysis support provided to the business, delivery team and migration team. Serving as a conduit between the business and the delivery team
