Business process analysis is concerned with carrying out a systematic analysis, evaluation and ultimately, improvement of your existing business processes. It takes a critical look into possible, existing and/or potential bottlenecks which could impact your productivity as an organisation over time.
Identifying existing or potential b bottlenecks is simply the first step of the journey. The key to a successful Business Analysis intervention will include the identification, evaluation, approval and implementation of a solution option.
Throughout the the entire business change period, I will seek to engage reasonably with key stakeholders and business users to elicit, evaluate, validate and test all improvement initiatives. This involves a significant level of documentation but most importantly, traceability from the point of inception to implementation. All changes, case and approval for change is progressively documented and retained by the customer for future purposes.
