Designing and implementing new solutions can often have a slight or significant impact on existing workflows and processes. These are usually positive impacts however, there are some cases where negative impacts may arise as a result of change. Under such circumstances, I will work closely with the affected business area to define and implement proper mitigation.

Where new systems, features or processes are being introduced, I will provide adequate training and BAU for your staff. Appropriate training is by far the greatest means of reducing the occurrence of drastic errors in the earlier days of embracing a new implementation.
